not true, the old testament specifically states that it is ok for gods chosen people to destroy outsiders lands and properties. For that matter Moses totally commits a genocide when he comes down from the mount all pissed off. Further the death ratio in the conflict between israel and palestine is something like 1 dead israeli for every 70 dead palestinians. I disagree with the tactics used by militants in palestine but it is hard to argue that the jewish response is proportional.
